General Reminders for LCC’s Causal Blitz Tournmanents
- The results are unofficial and do not affect the club ratings
- Due to the fact we accommodate late comers and early leavers, the pairings may not always make sense. Players may not have an opponent to play and/or may receive a bye for a round. It is important to let a TD know if you are going to be arriving late or leaving early!
- Players may end up playing the same colour three times consecutively. This is because the number of rounds is not pre-set. (The software will try to prevent it if the number of rounds is known in advance)
- As it stands currently, players are allowed to enter their results into the laptop. The TDs do try to keep an eye on this, but the onus is ultimately on the players to ensure their results are correct
