Congratulations To The Winners Of The London Championships 2012

The A Section ( 11 player Round Robin) was won by Kevin Gibson with 8.5/10 and coming in second Steve Demmery 8/10,  third place was shared by Dan Thomas and Carl Ehrman with 6/10.  Richard Glew and Peter Baxted performed very well this tournament sharing 4th place with 5.5/10.

The B Section (12 player Round Robin) was won by Fernando Echavarria-Hidalgo with an impressive 9.5/11.  Coming in second Bryan Morgan with 8.5/11, he did not lose a single game in the tournament.  Third place went to fast improving junior Tony Bao with 8/11.  Clear 4th place was Hugo Ortiz with 7.5/11.

The C Section ( 13 player Swiss)  had a tie for first place between Minh Nguyen and James Iansavitchous with 7.5/9.  Second place went to Alex Patrushev with 7/9.  Third Place went to Calvin Cornelius with 6.5/9 and Fourth Place went to Dylan McShane 5.5/9.
